St. Dominic’s College also has Hostel facility. Separate application forms are available for boarders. Those wishing to apply for a hostel seat may collect the forms and submit immediately after admission into the office. At the time of admission, the applicant should be accompanied by his/her parents or the local guardian.
There are separate hostel facilities provided for both girls and boys. Students are provided with all round amenities in the dormitories. The hostel appear less like a hostel and more like a home. Opportunity for creativity and learning are guaranteed. The boarders are entrusted to the care of experienced house-parents.
Within the college campus there is a kitchen with an attached dining room. Every day the boarders receive balanced, wholesome & nutritious diet. Special diet is offered to vegetarians. The menu is marked by variety. The utmost care is taken to maintain health and hygiene and conform to the health standards.
House-Parents take extra care of each student. They regularly inspect the dormitories and check on the student’s diet, personal hygiene, the availability of toiletries and the condition of clothes. They closly monitor the academic progress of the students. Above all, they ensure the happiness & integration of all the hostellers.
